Here is what you will need to do.
1. You will need to register a domain name. You do not need hosting.
Register your domain at Yahoo! Only $1.99/1st yr.
2. Go to Siftcode and register.
3. Buy their "Paid to Sign Up Package" (they will put it all together for you). After it is put together you will need to go in and set it up how you want it (referral levels, pay out types, etc..). If you need ideas visit some other GTP sites.
4. Sign up with affiliates. (There is a list of them on this page)
5. Put offers on your site.
6. Advertise your site like crazy.
Total cost is between $200-500 depending on if you put any add ons to the package and if you decide to pay for advertising ( why do that when you can do it free).
